Can you believe this guy? Referencing TRF!

Q: Please take a look at www.rolexforums.com some of their "so called" experts are attempting to bring down you auction. Look in the Watchout section Stolen Photos. I'm a Powerseller and these guys have gotten me sanctioned by ebay. If you would like more on the forum gang drop me an email at [email protected] Nov-27-08
A: Thanks for the heads up! It is unfortunate that there are so many criminals preying on the EBAY open forum. We must continually report unusual activity as it happens. I do not respond to almost 1/2 of the emails and questions I get because of the absurdity of them. I will keep your information in my files and I will share any security alerts and updates I get. Happy Thanksgiving my brother, Bill

Mr. ibsober, is really not a friend to this forum, regardless of being a "member" or not. This is just another example of his mission to discredit some of the members here. Frankly, I don't know why he hasn't been blocked access to posting on TRF or blocked from accessing the forum.

The last laugh has not occurred on this one yet. We will see what the outcome of this will be.

Thank-You for bringing this to our attention.

Good guy has a gotten a crappy rap

Knowing ibsober (Craig) he is an extremely honest and caring person. That does not mean he knows everything about Rolex's though. If this forum is to help I wonder why no one took the time to try and help a honest seller but instead acted like he was a "O" feedback trying to steal someones money.

I may be new to this forum but it by no means does it mean I am new to watches or people. Appears to me that are a few here who have it in for ibsober. Let's see, the guy pays instantly, sells watches cheaper than he buys them and has always been open to help about watches and grateful to learn.

All kinds of abuse in this world. So I wondering why a few are trying to rip down a persons reputation who is honest and makes mistakes but trys to make them right.

To me it is a select few who are abusing a tiny bit of power they must be craving and are getting it here by looking for bad watch deals (which is a wonderful thing btw) but maybe they should look for the crap instead of trying to turn a good person's name to crap.

All that is happening here is that the members are calling out any ROGUE or INCONSISTENT listings on Ebay and that Ebay, quite rightly, are taking these views very seriously.

In our own FS section we do NOT allow library pictures to be used or for Tudor redials to be sold as Rolex.

You can't blame the members for having high standards. If only the sellers had the same standards when selling their extremely expensive items.

By the way Bill comes across as a real gent in his reply, criminals et al. Mind you don't get into his file.
