Oyster Bracelet Additional Link?

I am looking for an additional link for my Polar Expll. The bracelet is ref 78790. My question is does the replacement link need to come from an identical bracelet or would a link from say a 93150 bracelet fit??

Thanks
David

A 78790 is essentially the same as a 93150 but with a shorter clasp and probably different end links. It will also have one more link than the 93150 to make up the difference of the short clasp. The only links that are different from a 93150 are the ones attached to either side of the clasp. The removable links after that are the normal 15.5mm hollow links, same as the 93150.
