Oyster Perpetual Date (ref. 1500) Is it real? Is it in good condition?

Dear experts

I am considering buying a vintage Rolex. However, I do not have much experience evaluating whether or not it is real, or whether or not it is in good condition.

The seller has given the following information:

- Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date 34 mm (ca. 1973)
- Mechanical
- Ref. 1500
- Serial no. 3814714
- Cal. 1570

What do you guys think?

Regards,

David
