My initial thoughts are: fake.
Refinished dial with added Rolex signatures on a vintage chronograph watch... Additional images would be needed at the least to say anything more. |

... they seemed to have forgotten to remove the paint from the ends of many of the markers ... LOL - should at least have tried harder ...
