Thought it was totally bizarre! We get a lot of street art in NOLA, but first time I have seen it coincide with Swiss watches.

I found a past artist with the same last name as seen on the art "Dubuffet" whose work is not too far off - https://www.wikiart.org/en/jean-dubuffet
I'm wondering if a local artist who likes Tudor Black Bay's reimagined the piece through this artist's lens... who knows! |
