New to Panerai
Hi all,
With the current financial turmoil out there, I am beginning to see an increased activity in pre-owned Pammy sales. The problem is, I have absolutely close to no idea what to look out for if I wish to start a Panerai collection! Any leads or advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

About $20,000, cheap as chips I've had a look at the list above and the they're mostly 47mm listed, which are behemoths, the 249 is collectable and a good size, as it a few others but as with most watch brands, the real increase has already happened, it's like going out and buying a Rolex 5513, you'll pay a fortune for one that cost less than half that 5 years ago, in the last 5 years prices just went daft and i can't see them continuing in this way, maybe a select few will continue to go up, but i think a few will start coming down in price.

Wow, I did not realize that. What about the price on the 292 roughly - just curious.

Pam 292
Last time I checked it was $7,500USD but ebay is selling them for $15K easy.........I hear they are limiting their production to not even agreed 1,000 units. Good Luck if you can get one. Im praying for my AD to call me for mine to come in......so far, nada!.

I would love to own 190, but I accept that my chances are worse than slim! The 286 is best they can come with?! No ways!
They should reintroduce 190 again. If they have to use their own inhouse movement then I'll *might* tolerate 190 dial with PR indicator on front, nothing more (i.e no seconds and no date indicator) |

hmmm... 292 at list would be an awesome watch to have... Can't do the big premium though... I really like it though. Sounds worse than Daytona syndrome
