Top questions tonight

Hi all,
I was just wondering, does anyone keep tabs on what Countries, and number of States all of us represent, I think it would be cool to know.

Does anyone else live in the South East? Ga., Fla., or, god help us, Alabama?

I am a native Alabamian who resents your comment. I am in Sales and my largest account is based in Atlanta (been involved with this account 34 years) and i travel to Atlanta almost weekly. In fact will go there later today from Birmingham. I have watched Atlanta evolve into a traffic jam and cannot imagine living there and in fact have turned down numerous chances to relocate there in my career. Just out of curiosity are you a native Georgian?

Hi pal,

Welcome to TRF and do try and keep your shirt on. I'm sure Atl was just kidding like everyone else on this crazy forum. You do need a sense of humour here to survive (tell me about it!! ).

But welcome here anyway and post away to glory. A first name would be helpful 'cause I don't want to feel like I'm addressing some robot from Star Wars!!

Cheers - JJ

Welcome to the forum! Well at least your not from LA! (Lower Alabama).

I lived in Tuscaloosa for a number of years, and every time the national school rankings came out we always said, "Thank God for Mississippi, otherwise we'd be dead last." Now I live in Kansas, and our saying is "Kansas is so windy because Oklahoma sucks and Nebraska blows!" I think it would be down right Un-American not to make fun of the neighboring states. Take the jab and roll with it, or come back at him with a right hook. I'm sure you learned a few jokes about Georgia you could fire back!

Just to let everyone know, my toungue was firmly in cheek, I guess I will stick to asking JJ if a sheep can really hear a zipper at a 100 yards.
No more jokes about Alabama, not even about the family tree with one branch, no sir, not one joke, ever !!

I live in Southern New Jersey, right outside of Philadelphia.

J.J., I heard this one, and although I'm relatively new to the forum, after learning of your reputation, I thought of you:

There was once a shepherd named Bruno,
Who said that f-----g, is one thing I do know,
Women are fine, and sheep are devine,
But llamas are numero uno!
