from an AD and you have to have an OF watch.

They are very expensive, thats why they call it a bracelet and not a strap

Over here it is €280 each side, so €560 for a complete strap without clasp.

Considering it is a piece of rubber, yes, ridiculous.

Why not check out the Everest ones? Not exactly the same but pretty darn close and can’t beat the price!

Rose gold YM 40mm with oysterflex has the same lug-width as a submariner. Good luck getting an AD to sell one for your sub though...

I asked a ad before and they said it won't fix. Guess they don't know it fits other watches.
But I guess ad don't know much anyways.

they probably just said that because they are not supposed to sell it to you of you dont have an OF watch. Rolex doesn't like it.

I was lucky enough to obtain the straps from an AD. Cost is $400+ cdn (plus tax) per side up here in Canada. (price used to be$330 before Rolex increased prices)

They are really hard to obtain as you need to own a watch with the OF as the AD will require the serial # to send to Rolex if they don't have them in stock and have to order.

The bracelet will fit the 16610 as well =)

I have to test fit what I have and see which sizes work (as I'm waiting for my Daytona), others I will post for sale.

titanium? with rubber coating... and its a "bracelet"

They refuse to use the word rubber too, its "black elastomer" as that sounds more sophisticated

Titanium-nickel alloy inside. Apparently. Two of the most abundant metals in the Earth’s crust no doubt account for the cost

It is my understanding that they have nitinol substrate then overmold the rubber.

Out of curiosity, has anyone seen a technical drawing, blow up diagram etc of the Oysterflex strap?

Wondering what shape and size the titanium blade within the rubber strap takes?

Still debating picking up an 116519LN.
