Just bought 2 Vintage Ad's to match my watchs

Wanted to share with you some pictures of the original vintage AD's that I bought to match 2 of my watches.

What caught my attention and made me choose those Ad's are the remarkable stories they tell! To imagine that those Rolex watches were truly instruments of exploring and discover amazes me.

If you are interested in buying some vintage ad's to you, I recommend you check Nick at AdPatina. He has an Instagram account and a website. It was a real pleasure doing business with him, truly professional and thoughtful.

The package carefully wraped up:

The Redsub Ad:

The Pepsi Ad:

After framing it:

And, finally, with the watches:

Your post is kind of confusing. I would suggest spelling out advertisement instead of shortening to ad. Around here most consider AD to mean Authorized Dealer.

Love the advertisements though. Thanks for sharing. Beautiful watches also.

This, especially how the rest of the title follows proper punctuation but the ‘Ads’ is capatalized. I came in here expecting to see some buildings! OP, why do you keep capitalizing ads?

Cool ads though! <

I'm assuming maybe this is dry humor?

I find it hard to imagine somebody was confused thinking he bought not just one, but TWO vintage authorized dealers to match has watches.

In any event, I found pretty high quality resolution files on the internet, had pretty good success with just printing them out. However they're not the original magazine ad, but they still look pretty good.

Good job on the framing looks great.

Those ads were the best - I remember reading them it Nat Geo as a middle schooler. Those ads always told a little adventurous story.

The ads I see today just have some minor celebrity posing with the product or just a picture of a watch and the address of an AD.

Awesome. Those look great. Thanks for the idea. I am redoing my home office in a watch theme. May need to find some ads to frame up.

Very cool! I love the vintage Rolex Ads. It'd be nice to have a spot for all these in one spot.

OK so I’m curious. Are these scanned ads printed onto premium stock or simply ones chopped out of old publications like National Geographic?
