Is he using a spray-on adhesive right before the 3-minute mark? I'd be more concerned with getting that stuff all over the watch. It looks like he's just spraying it on willy-nilly.

No, it looks like he's just using water or something like that.

If you've ever installed a screen protector on a phone or tablet, you usually spray something like Windex or another inert fluid that will aid in keeping bubbles from forming.

With that said, this is a stupid idea.

This one is hilarious. Someone should tell him he got sold a Bluesy instead of the GMT he's been wanting since he was a kid.

Or you can just wear a sweat band over your watch... that would work too and be equally as disturbing as a solution for a scratch free watch.

This might be the lamest video I have ever seen. Wow, I could not imagine worrying about bracelet scratches. However, I the type of guy that's gets embarrassed by wearing new shoes, since there's no scuffs.

If you finally got the two-tone GMT you've wanted since you were a kid, you might think differently.

I actually decided after I actually listened for a couple of minutes that I would actually shut it down if he said "actually" more than 100 times. So I don't know how it actually ended.

I made it to somewhere around the fifth 'actually' before catching how many times he said it, then shut it off. Correction; I actually shut it off.
