My impressions of Rolex quality vs other brands

I recently spent some time on Michigan Ave in Chicago checking out some of the watch shops. All of the sales people were very friendly and accommodating.

I have one Rolex, a new Sub. When I was trying other watches from the likes of Omega, JLC, and Breitling my impression of the build quality of the Sub was much better. I'm not really referring to the movements and fine finishing, but the "in hand" feel. The oyster bracelet is miles ahead of the other brands in this regard. The Sub just feels built better.

I'm contemplating my next purchase to be a Sinn. Sinn is only available online so getting your hands on some to try out is difficult.

Would any of you be able to compare a Sinn to a Rolex in this "in hand" build quality? Would a Sinn feel a little more or less like a Rolex in hand?

Thanks!

PS, didn't buy anything on the trip. Just looking for now.
