GMT springbars don’t fit in 78360 bracelet

So I know this has been discussed here and there, but I bought a 78360 that I think was originally for an Oyster/datejust case. Consequently, the final link on the bracelet (through which the spring bar runs) is formed in such a way that the 2mm GMT spring bars do not fit through.

Is there a reliable way to make them fit, or a good substitute 1.8mm shoulderless spring bar? Should I just find a different bracelet? Using the flanged, thinner spring bars that fit the bracelet results in a sloppy fit and a decent amount of rattle.

You need 580 or 501/B endlinks depending on the GMT model

Best to use 1.8mm spring bars but it will rattle! You could just enlarge the hole to accept the 2mm bars.

Two options, you can adjust the endlink with some needle nose pliers to fit the spring bars or get some in 1.8mm. Here is some with .9mm tips https://www.toxicnatos.com/collectio...nt=23328853057

This sounds strange to me, I have a 78360 that I have used with both a 1675 and a 1625 and the last link that takes the spring bar could accommodate both, it is shaped in such way. I used 2mm spring bars on the GMT and 1,8mm spring bars on the DJ.

It is in my safety deposit box currently, so no pictures unfortunately.
