16618 - vintage or modern?
This beauty arrived today! I chose this over a 16808 as it has full box and papers and I just love how the dial turns purple when viewed from different angles.
Would you consider this reference a vintage or a modern Rolex? Given that it is pre ceramic with a tropical dial, I see it as a vintage watch, but wonder what the community thinks about it. |

It's modern but you are free to call it whatever you like. Enjoy your Sub.

I'd say modern, but it's a beautiful watch regardless. Enjoy!
