Daytona 116520 with "Custom Bezel"
Anyone has experience with this? I'm looking around for good deal on Daytona and saw some listing for the 116520 model which doesn't have ceramic bezel, but they just replace the original bezel with ceramic one. Would that harm the function of the watch in anyway? Or should one consider buying watch with Custom Bezel?
Thank you |

Experts will chime in here shortly, but I believe they will fit - someone here has recently converted their 116520 with an OEM ceramic bezel.

I've seen one a 116520 with ceramic bezel for sale on eBay here in the UK too, I was quite intrigued however I did find that there are fake ceramic bezels made in China that mimic the new Daytona bezel, obviously they won't be to OEM standards and probably won't even be waterproof. I personally would proceed with caution, if Rolex are restricting supply of the 116500LN, I don't think they'd be in any rush to start handing out replacement ceramic bezels for people to retrofit on their 116520's.

Yea, i feel hesitate too. The price was $15k on that grey market dealer site. Just don't feel right about the bezel
