Searching for a pristine vintage piece is no easy task.
I've dealt with so many fussy vintage dealers, ask the wrong question and the watch is suddenly no longer available or many misrepresent the condition, offer impossible buying restrictions, etc. Now add to that the exhaustive wait lists at ADs for new SS models I never thought any watch would be coming my way. But - it all aligned yesterday with a birth year Rolex and New SS coming my way. There are a few amazing people that make searching for the perfect pieces still worthwhile. Still no AD 'relationship' for me, but perhaps that's ok. Photos to come!
