Chevy Colorado ZR2

After sitting on the sidelines for many months doing my research I finally pulled the trigger on the ZR2. Gas engine with nav, Bose, and black emblems are the only options.

I ordered Husky mats and N-Fab RKR rails with removable steps for the wife who is kind of short (yeah that's my excuse). Will be looking at mounting a fire extinguisher on the inside and probably doing something with the bed so I can attach a shovel, high jack, and perhaps even a bed mount for the spare in addition to some other off road necessities like traction plates.

Picked it up last night so I haven't had a chance to drive much yet and not in the dirt; but it drives better than I expected for a truck. She's going to Napa on Saturday though and will certainly see some dirt.

Congrats .. I just bought one last month too .. went with the Duramax Diesel ...

So far I added the Factory Sport bars and a light bar, a bug deflector, rocker decals and had front windows tinted to match rear. Also traded a local guy my Rock Sliders for steps ...

Compared to my other vehicles ( Focus ST and Jeep Wranger) ..this thing rides and drives like luxury car ... lol

Yeah I wanted the horsepower because I'm not gonna lie the closest off road stuff to my house is 1hr plus and I'm not planning on towing with it anytime soon.

I like how the blue matches your jeep.

$40K to $50K depending on options ...

They are 1 of only 3 vehicles available with factory front and rear selectable lockers ...

The other 2 are JEEP Wrangler Rubicon and DODGE RAM Power Wagon.

Wife drove it today, she can’t see the front of the vehicle so I’m going to have to find the OEM front camera from other models and get it installed. If I’m doing that might also get a couple front light clusters.

Nice trucks! Love my Colorado - I've had a Z71 with the Duramax diesel for about a year now. I'm still amazed at the fuel economy, a few weekends ago a group of us went out of town for the weekend camping and the truck averaged 34.5 MPG full of stuff!

The only thing I've done to is to add a 3M clear bra. I also had a set of console trays 3D printed that someone on the Colorado Forums made available.
