Hey everyone,
For anyone looking for a training shoe, or even just a casual wearer the PR1’s aka the Project Rock 1’s (Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock’s shoe) are an awesome choice. I basically picked up both these and the Nike Free X Metcon and the PR1’s performed so much better for me and were such a better feel. They are comfortable, stable and supportive for anything from strength and agility training to playing basketball. I’d highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new trainer, hopefully UA can restock them soon as they seem to go quickly!

So far I haven’t had any issues with the knit upper breathing. I don’t run for long distances and these shoes probably aren’t the best for that but in a hour long HIT session I don’t remember my feet getting overwhelming warm.

Never had UA shoes, but really love their gym kit. Had some things for years, worn and washed hundreds and hundreds of times yet still performs as brand new. Great kit.

Yeah this is my first pair of UA sneakers, so far so good though...really enjoy wearing them, will have to check out the gym kit

I have a few pairs of UA shoes for the gym (three are identical, just different colours) and they're the best I've used.

That’s awesome, I’m really enjoying them...I also just picked up a pair of Adidas Ultraboost parleys for casual wear, trying other non-Nike brands out!

Yeah, if you have a UA store by you when they do another release I’d just go into the store. That’s how I got mine, went into the store at like 7pm and they still had some. If you don’t have a UA store by you then you gotta time it right, think they were pushed out again at 8am EST on the 28th.

UA did two releases of the shoe so far, both times they were all gone within 30 min. I’m convinced they only produce a small batch...frustrating. Keep an eye on the UA Instagram account
