White Zin- White Merlot- White Cabernet has very little contact with its skin while being produced, that’s why it’s pink or white

Have tried white zin, and the usual grigio, sauce Blanc, viognier, albarinho...this white cab was pretty tasty! Will do more exploring!!!!

Whites don't age well unfortunately, I have heard it's best to drink them at year-three or less. Young is good. But who knows... whites are a bit subjective too. As for reds, well aging is up to the owner and their patience... and keeping a very close eye and tab on their aging and storage process. I have some bottles dating back to <1987.
