Poll: Which to keep SD4K C or SUB C Bluesy

Last thread on this, sorry guys...
I have both and might need to let one go unfortunately.
Two great references and a fantastic pair...
Keeping both is not an option at this time as I
need to liquidate one soon to free up sone funds..,
Which would you keep ? I love both equally and
it’s a really tough decision...

Thank you all for your input and time...
much appreciated!!!

Keep the SD if you're really attached to it. If this is a numbers game, I am guessing it may may make more sense to sell the SD though due to the steeper depreciation hit on the Bluesy (?)

Keep the SD4K for sure. It's a truly amazing piece that will just become more rare over time.

Blue for sure. Just a nicer looking watch in every way in my opinion.

personally, I'd keep the SD4k, but if u need more money at this point, and intend to keep the other watch for life, then I'd say selling the SD4k would make a better decision.

Let's face it. You'll likely take a hit on the TT but not so on the 4K. On the 4K however you'll likely be saying good bye forever where as a good deal could be found on a TT if you ever decided you wanted one again.

Yeah , you’re right Lee... I’ll take somewhat of a hit on
TT Blue but in the long term it will be easier to replace
than the SD4K...

I know , sorry.
Just trying to figure out which one to part with
hopefully temporarily... it’s not easy !
I parted with the BLNR a lot easier , I didn’t know the
SD4K C would be such a stunning piece ... therefore.

The Sd4k was never popular because at face value people couldn’t see why they should pay the extra over a classic sub.

There are plenty of differences but it never sold well and was therefore pulled for a distinctly bigger piece.

As it turns out, collectors are now almost drooling over it for its classic case size, sea dweller features, durability and of course extremely limited production run.

I happen to think it’s rolex’s best all rounder. It’s a classic sized diver, modernised. Likelihood is it will be a quite valuable in 50 years. Think 30-50% premium. A bit like what a stick dial gmt may fetch or the original maxi dial green sub vs the LVC.

So if you like the blue sub more and don’t care too much for future values, keep the blue sub. It’s flippin gorgeous, I’m wearing mine this week

Always keep the watch that a bunch of strangers vote that you should keep.

I voted SD4K because it's the correct answer.
