Now this is a thread I can get behind! Wearing my LB today, man this watch is amazing. This dial is hands down one of Rolex’s best.

5 digits. Classic. Less expensive. No wait lists.

Juice worth the squeeze on paying for the clasp? Enjoyed it on my 114060 but debating if it’s worth it for the 14060M as I get a good fit now.

The thin lugs with the micro adjustment of the glidelock makes it my most comfortable watch. I cant go back to the tin can clasp.

I tried the glidelock on my 1660 but felt it was too long and heavy and unbalanced the watch so changed to the easylink which fits better for me.

I was able to center it up with removal of a full link and adding a half link so that the bracelet bends right at the end of the clasp instead of hanging out a few millimeters more making the clasp even longer. It is long but with that half link, it follows the contour of my wrist much better.

As my signature shows, I only have 5 digit watches. I absolutely can't stand the new versions of the Sub, GMT, Explorer, and even the Explorer II (although that one is close to OK). The 5 digit watches are everything Rolex is supposed to be. The 6 digit watches (with some exceptions) are way too over the top in design. But younger people and Rolex newbies seem to prefer them.
