Controversial or baiting
Here we go ..... lets see the reactions to this thread.
My bracelet/strap thread has been great reading for me, honestly, I like hearing peoples opinion on things I maybe take for granted or have a personal opinion on ... its how we share our experiances as people, and I'm a fan of that in general. So here is something else to get the juices flowing as we run in to the weekend .... I'm actually having a chuckle while typing this as I can just imagine some of the responses One of my pet hates ... seriously ... it gets right under my skin ... is the wearing of HUGE chunky bead bracelets with not just beads of some description, but with a big ass silver/gold/whatever engraved bead on the same wrist as the watch ... in most of the advertisements, it seems to be a luxury watch as well .... and not just one bracelet at times, but 2 or 3. Makes me gringe at how much damage that must be doing to the watch case, crystal and bracelet. So .... lets hear it ..... I'm going to get some snacks and a drink and get comfy for this one. |

Damage? Just a few case scratches. These are to be worn, not safe queens or rare jewels of the Mayan Empire.

I agree 100% ... I wear mine at work and play and accept the day to day wear and tear on them ... but to intentionally wear something that will scratch/scrape bemuses me.

I see this on women all the time with Hermes and LV bracelets etc and if you make any comment on it they look at you with a withering get-a-life stare, and they're right.

What snacks are we talking about? Standard chips or something home made.

I don’t understand the title and how it’s in context with the post.
Yes, I’m sober. |

Not a fan of bracelets, just don't feel they compliment a man's masculinity. Same with diamonds. Do I like them on the ladies? Absolutely.
