In order of importantance and I could eat Lebanese/Mediterranean food 2x a week

Kibbie or Kebbeh. Depending on spelling
Fried Haloum is mandatory
Toum - it’s a garlic paste
Hummus
Chicken garlic soup
Freash homemade Pita
Tabbouleh
Meat Grape Leaves
Lemon Baked Potatoes wedges but soft, although I think it’s a Greek thing
Kafta
tzatziki sauce for marinated Lamb Chops, pita bread and grape leaves
Greek Salad with lots of Feta Cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and Romain with lemon dressing
Rice with onions
