4030 daytona mystery movement number

One for the dedicated Rolex 16520 aficionados...
I have often wondered what the relevance of the number on the back of the 4030 movement is.
Can anyone enlighten me on this mystery?
Any suggestions much appreciated.

It should be the serial number of the movement
