Watches and other jewelry
What other jewelry do you wear on your watch hand/arm? After the comments on the Adriana Lima thread, I'm sure no one wear bracelets with their Rolex
Rings, mostly, I'd guess? I wear a small wedding band in white gold... I prefer the focus on my watch. Pic to follow----- |

Nothing. I really don't like wearing any kind of jewelery, I rarely even wear my wedding ring.

Nothing other than a watch. By the way, nice pix - I know of ladies who wear the no-date Sub and Daytona, but you're the first I've seen with a Sea-Dweller! Great stuff!

Thanks JJ! Still working on my photo skills so I'm going to try this again!
Anywho, the reason I asked was that I tried on some different wedding bands with the SD. But anything that wasn't simple or small just clashed too much with the watch. And I hate to say it, but the SD is #1 on my wrist! |

Sorry Jen,
IMO, I can't even tell that it's a Rolex. Perhaps you could centre the watch, enlarge it a bit and not focus so much on the background. Ha, second pix is a bit better.

I'm gutter trash so I wear beads and bracelets galore albeit on the other wrist !!! I mostly wear casual clothes so most people don't look twice at what watch i'm wearing on my left wrist. Unless of course your a WIS and can't look at anything else bar wrists!
The Emperors New Clothes no longer applies to me i'm afraid.

I don't really like to wear jewelry, which is a bit ironic considering my choice of watch.

I wear a rather thick custom 18K white gold wedding ring. I got it before the watches so it was what helped me to decide against yellow gold and more toward a steel watch or white gold. Ended up with steel.
I also wear another white gold grad ring on my right hand. Any more then that and my wife tells me I will look like a white rap star. |

I wouldn't dream of wearing anything else on the same wrist as my watch, because 1) it detracts from the watch, and 2) it would scratch the watch. I do, however, wear a gold bracelet on my other wrist ;-) I have seen a lot of woman wearing tennis bracelets with their Rolex on the same wrist, and it looks good IMHO.

May hold true however try telling my wife I can't wear the wedding ring with my watch as for detracting from my watch is a good thing as far as my work is concered. A few people are looking a bit too much at my watch. I know they are itching to say somthing. One already has. |

18K white gold wedding band only, along with one of my Rolex watches. I prefer the understated look, so I wear no other jewelry. Here's one with my 14060 Sub non-date.

I wear a yellow gold wedding ring with a 2kt diamond. I think it goes well with my YG DD.

Just a small WG wedding band and GMT Pepsi.
If it was up to me I would not wear the ring but my wife complained so much I gave in many years ago. |

14kt gold bracelet, pinky ring (small 24 kt gold, not a big mafia style diamond number) pendant that was given at birth with Chinese characters on a thin 18kt chain(and I'm not Chinese!) and on those paint the town nights, 18kt gold rope chain with 1.2ct dog tag pendant--just slight, not over the top bling!
Ooops question was on the SAME hand...sorry! Well just the watch on the left hand then |
