Cleaning DJ 41 with Jubilee

Hope everyone is having a fun and safe weekend

Seeing that I've gotten my DJ 41 Jubilee about a month ago the ONLY time it's off my wrist is when I'm in the ocean, pool, gym, shower or sleeping. I've hit it with a soft bristle toothbrush with soapy water and then rinsing it off with Poland Spring water (just in case tap has mineral deposits or whatever). Is it ok to do this every weekly or every 2 weeks? Probably a silly question cause I'm sure it's 100% ok but just want to make sure.

It's a 100m water resistance with a screw down crown and an oyster case. You can wash it as much as you like, the normal procedure is a soft (make sure it is very soft) toothbrush and some soapy water. Air dry, polish.

Repeat as many times as you like, please be aware, more frequent washes will cause it to shrink.

Best answer ever. Significant shrinkage.

I use a makeup brush instead a toothbrush, and wash it every 2 weeks.

I use an extremely soft feather from a Curl-Crested Aracari instead of a makeup brush and wash it every Friday at noon, and then I lay it down outside on a silk pillow to dry in the sun. This is the correct way to clean a Datejust on Jubilee if you want to avoid damaging the watch.

Cleaning it often is is not gong to harm the watch. Neither will the activities you take the watch off for.

You guys are all crazy.

You're going to end up with 32mm womens watches with all the shrinkage. Good luck to you!

I rinse my wife’s daily wear DJ a couple of times a week.
Sometimes soap and water, sometimes WristClean.
Same with my dad’s daily wear DJ.

Use Wristclean by Veraet and polish with their HD clothes after, it will look brand new.
