Nice one!
The problem with those movements is that they are quite fragile. I own a 70's Breitling Chronomatic cal.11 to restore. These movements are gorgeous!! I can pass hours looking at them. I have no time/skills/b...s enough to start working on it right now. One day....

But this one is a manual wind, don’t you agree?

Well, something is wrong with that watch, the dial says "Automatic", but the movement isn't...

Not really, the rotor is hidden between plates. Is quite small but heavy enough to charge the main spring. Is really an amazing movement.

Thanks - I looked and looked at the seller’s photo and couldn’t see a rotor.

The very first series used the Calibre 11 and were manual. Calibre 12 must have been the one they touted as the first automatic chronograph using their modification with an internal rotor.

Yeah that was quite an improvement.

Hi all,
Just want to show you the beautiful cal.11 movement, hope you will like...
As you can see at the last two pics there's the half moon steel rotor between the plates.
Sorry for the movement conditions but is a project I've not started yet.
