Vintage Jaeger, what do you think ?
Hello, I just found this watch but I'm concerned with the little dots on the dial, is it rust ?

Also anyone is able to identify the model ? Never seen this combo of "straight sticks" and arabic numerals, usually I see them looking like arrows. (Same goes for the hands)
