Why not take it to the Cartier boutique in LV?

I confirmed it was real, and got in contact with cartier. They were unable to help me date this watch. Is anyone familiar, or have an idea of value?

Best thing to do OP is check eBay and search for completed auctions to see what they have actually sold for. Only true way to gauge their current sale price.
Watch recon will help give you an idea too.
