Tudor / Rolex - Concept art [BB58 & GMT]

Hi All,

I've seen a lot of love for the proportions on the BB58, but some people expressing reservations around the vintage look. So I decided to mock up some pics.

Let me know what you think.

Interesting watches. I think we will see some color variations from Tudor going forward.

Your Original BB58 should have a gilt insert, not silver

Yep, all silver version looks cold and sterile. Original has a lot more life and character

If they did a Kermit 58 I would probably be in trouble.

BB58 BLNR doesn't make sense since it's not a GMT watch.
The others are great.

I actually prefer your BB58 over the fake patina of the original.

That all green version looks pretty hot too. Nice work.

I’m impressed with your Photoshop skills, and if this were a photoshop exercise... well done. But it looks like it became a desire for Tudor to simply copy Rolex. Tudor will never stand on its own by knocking off Rolex designs. They will just continue being a poor man’s Rolex.

Stand on their own? Geez, their doing far better than Rolex profit wise then. Imagine how much more profit they could be of they finally stood on their own!

Well done mate! All the variations look great.

Tudor have done Harrods version in a muted BRG so I doubt the Hulk will ever come about.

The blue/black GMT is a winner!
