Newbie with a question

I have had a ladies 2tone datejust rolex for about 15 years and would like to get something with some diamonds. I looked at watches over Christmas at rolex dealers and now am looking online and on ebay. I'm not sure of dealer - timeandgems - and now sure about 1>after market parts - any problems getting a rolex serviced by a reputable jeweler with added parts? and how old of a rolex is safe to buy? what do you think about this one?

thanks - this seems like a great forum.

This company has been on E-Bay since 1997 and has 100% positive feedback with 640 sales. I would tend to believe that it would be safe to deal with them. They have several previous high end Rolex sales.
