Dropped a lotion bottle on GMT ii

Tried pull out my Aveda lotion bottle from the shelf and accidently dropped it on my GMT ii SS. The bottle was half filled and was about a foot above from where i place the watch (on my desk). Can my watch handle the impact?

It should be okay. The bottle is made of plastic so I most likely wouldn’t have even made a small ding. It’s cool :-) chalk it upto experience and move on :-)

It should be fine! If it's keeping time I wouldn't worry about it at all.

Hard to say. It probably needs to be looked at. Send it to me and I’ll wear it for a year let you know if it’s fine.

I’d say the value of the watch is gone and I’ll take it of your hands to save you the trouble.

If the lotion has alcohol in it, it could dry out the seals.

No - you need an immediate timegrapher reading and critical intervention to recalibrate the Stella microscrews right away.

Sure - you dropped the lotion while "pulling it out of the shelf".

Why wasn't the watch on your wrist where it belongs?

Well - should not you be able to answer your own question? You were there to see it happen and observe the effects...

Next time you grab your lotion for happy fun time make sure you remove your watch first.

BTW your watch is fine...it is tool watch designed for all sorts of activities....even fast motion and lotion.

All great replies... But with the Lotion being Aveda it's not looking good.
Had it been Paul Mitchell , well you might have skated ...
