The face kind of reminds me of an Oris Diver 65, but those all have rotatable bezels. This one looks like it has no bezel or a bezel like the DateJusts.

The bezel suggests that you're correct, but the numerals and the fabric strap suggest that it could be the Glashütte Original Senator Navigator.

This shot convinces me that the watch is an IWC, but what about those marks on the bezel and the rehaut?

Are those reflections of the lights?
