Up for sale we have a gorgeous Rolex 114270 Explorer. The watch is 36mm and comes with box, hang tag, and stamped warranty paperwork. The F serial and paperwork stamp date this watch from 2005. This watch is a classic and will look perfect in every situation whether it be casual or formal; the Explorer just works.

The watch is in excellent condition with strong chamfers and clean crystal. The movement is a modern Rolex caliber 3130, and its running strong. As you can see from the photos, the dial is in perfect condition as are the hands and lume. The bracelet comes with all 13 links and a CL clasp code dating it from 2004, which is what one would expect for a watch made in 2004/2005. The bracelet is a 78790 with solid end links, the most modern bracelet you can get on a 114270. There are a couple small dings at the 4 o’clock side of the case, but they’re barely noticeable. I’ve photographed them in the interests of full disclosure. The paperwork is the punched style with the Hong Kong 888 country code. The outer box is in amazing condition with very little wear, and vivid color.

This really is a great example of a watch that is already becoming a classic.
