16750 Back from LAWW - great experience
Edvi and Beau are great to work with. They agreed to do the work I asked for VS try to hard sell me on a complete overhaul without even seeing the watch. Another popular outfit tried to hard sell me on a complete service, it really pissed me off.
The watch will go back for a complete service sometime next year, I need to ask how it was running next week. I wanted to wear it through the holidays but I knew it needed to be thoroughly inspected before continuing to wear it. This job was new crystal, seals, install tritium hand set I sourced, pressure test etc. Here are a couple pictures, one with my Pepsi bezel and one with the original black. Pretty watch. 16750s are still under rated imo.

The results are great! I'm still kicking myself for not buying that one earlier this year. I wasn't sure I wanted to take on the project. You've done great with it so far!

I’m glad you didn’t, it really worked out well for me. The handset was a great score, the bezel insert was as well. I assumed the hands would change the look of the watch some but it’s a different watch with the correct hands/new crystal/new insert and knowledge it’s water tight. I'm glad it ended up with someone who appreciates it. That makes me kick myself less.
