Incoming..Landed 26401 the RG 44MM Chameleon

Finally made up my mind and bought a new 26401 in RG. So happy with this purchase. It’s a new 2018 K series. I don’t know why I put this off for so long.

I am also happy how versatile it is since I like to mix an match my colors, cars and suits, lol.

Thanks for some of the advice that helped make my decision.

Here are some pics with my other favorite hobby.

Congrats on the watch, but I think I’m drooling more looking at your cars

What’s your opinion on people saying that the AMG GTR is going after Porsche’s GT lineup? Since you have both of them

I have been a Pcar addict for a very long time. I also love my AMGs. But, this new AMG GTR is amazing. But, they are two very different driving dynamics. Front vs rear engine, twin turbo vs NA, Amg gearbox vs 6-speed manual in my .2GT3 and PDK in my GT3 RS.

To put it simply which is faster on the road: AMG GTR. Which is more comfortable: AMG GTR
Which is easier to outrun police(not that I endorse that): AMG GTR

Now for the track, it is highly dependent on your skill level and preferences as they have different handling characteristics. Which is why I tend to buy so many different cars.

I haven’t tracked my AMG GTR that much, but I have over 15 years in 911s, Vipers, and BMWs on the track. With seat time I can match or beat my time with the AMG. But then everything will get beat by the Mclaren.

Congrats, Tage. Loved my 44RG. I think the newer dial looks great! I still have to find some time to meet up, perhaps in the Spring.

Believe me, I spend more hours contemplating in my garage about watches than my cars.

Thanks. I like anything with an engine. Be thankful I’m not posting pictures of my trucks, motorcycles, atvs, etc. lol

Everyone I talked to says that the AMG GTR is faster and is really a value proposition for what it does!

I agree though that they are two different beasts for different styles and occasions. I’ve only been in a GT3 and man the driving experience is a whole new world.

Although I also agree that the 675LT is on a different level! (It’s actually my dream car) Would still choose that over the 720s any day.

I have some italian cars, but not stored in this garage. They are a little more vintage and temperamental.

For a second it looked like part of Michael Fux’s collection.
