SWEET incoming!!!

What you guys expect? Lol

For those that hate Tourneu,...this is the other side of that sentiment.

Tourneu corp sent this to us, for the holidays. Too bad im pretty fat and dont eat sweets. Nice gesture tho. Would have prefered a diacount. Lol

I would have gotten one of these as well when they offered me (true story) $6500 for my 6 month old BLNR a few months back. I didn’t accept therefore no chocs. They are a joke!! Enjoy the sweets tho

I just received a free Rolex from my AD with the purchase of a very expensive box of chocolate made specifically for Rolex. (nice swag item, heh)

Had to send the chocolate off to friends out of state because I am fighting a super high blood sugar level that is through the roof.

Jeesh I miss chocolate.

It does not matter how much chocolate they send they are not a good place to buy watches in my opinion.

Our sales have generally been really great to deal with.

But i do get they are large and so i dont get everything id like especially now. But on a personal customer service note, weve always been treated well there. And generally ive been put on list and have realistic expectations.

Key for me is that they are a big place and my history applies at ALL their locations.

Out of curiosity, have you noticed a change at Tourneau since they were bought by Bucherer? They're well known for amazing customer service, and a couple of people I've talked to were looking for Tourneau to benefit from the deal.

Yes. Things have definitely changed.

For Rolex,..Less discounting on rolex PM (if any). And the list have changed...there is no list any more. Its not a lottery but basically all Sales people will get a turn. So if your sales guy just delivered a pepsi, the next Pepsi that comes in goes to the next sales person and so forth. I’ve seen the list every sales person has a list 10 people deep at least. So find the newest sales person you can with no clients lol. This is for Rolex.

For Pateks its different. Its more about being both a tourneu client AND also having patek purchases. You cant just walk in and ask for a nautilus. They are trying to get customers in this catagory Maybe 3 or 4. Of thier key references. Its not that they dont want to sell it but they might only get like 4 5711 per year per store.

Not very original with your avatar choices. How about you find your own avatar instead of copy/pasting?
