The user has no sellers feedback, lemme guess, his uncle/father/cousin/sister/mother passed away and left him this rolex, and he needs the funds badly so he is selling this AUTHENTIC Rolex for cheap.

But in all seriousness, i'll give the seller credit, he is stating in the listing information that the watch band isn't authentic, that it's aftermarket.

The head looks straight and he discloses that the ...

band is aftermarket. His feedback looks pretty constant going way back. Paypal fully covered. What's the problem????

...as far as "if ya'll have it kicked off", well, WE do NOT have items invalidated-eBay does.

...I don't know how they do it, but they are good!

...TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT is against the law in the US, and, these criminals are prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.

I see an individual on ebay who has 100% feedback..

probably doesn't know too much about watches except what his jeweler has disclosed and he has read. He probably couldn't, or did not want to spend the bucks on an authentic band. He's honest about the band, but I believe possibly guilty of plagiarism.
