If you could have any current model. Which would it be? (Photos preferred)
If you could have any watch in the CURRENT line of Rolex models. Professional or classic. Which would it be? And why?
This doesn’t have to be attainable value from a personal perspective. Let’s say money aside Add a photo! I’ll start! This pic was taken at my AD in July when picking up my SubC date. If I had that “F you” money. This would be a no brainer for me colours work perfectly with the ink. And the rose gold / olive dial works so perfectly. I have this photo printed and framed in my office (so lame) as something to aspire toward Photos added do not have to be on your wrist! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Platinum Day Date 40 with ice blue, diagonal motif dial for sure! Especially with “FU” money!

I have what I want already, but if I had to venture out of my sports model comfort zone and money was no object, probably this:

I think that even though we all go after steel models, the obvious answer to this question is to go PM.
At least for those of us, who can afford them |

Platona is the first and only “dream” watch
No diamonds, just pure ice blue and chocolate masterpiece! Despite the hideously obscene price, this is the only Rolex my wife loves despite costing more than most cars. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Hmm if someone offered me any Rolex for free...
I think I'd have to go with a platinum DD40, but maybe with like the dark rhodium dial or meteorite dial. |

This...but I would have to give up my 5711 white (which I got at retail in 2017, before the 5711 craze started), my DaytonaC Black (also got at retail, wouldn't care much, since in my eyes the 116506 is the best version), and some cash on top! Way too much for just one piece (bnib and discounted)...My wife and I had an agreement that my collection will never, ever, exceed 6 pieces, and I already topped that, so I have to give something...Not prepared for that.

I already have what I want in the professional line.
I'm not sure which direction to look in the rest of the line. Platinum Day Dates have always caught my eye, just cant get up the courage to sink that much money into one reference Sent from my SM-G960W using Tapatalk |

The 116655. IMHO, it's the best of both worlds. It's sporty looking yet has a air of pure elegance.

Couldn't settle for a single Rolex - I've already got my top 3 watches I want from Rolex. Now looking at a AP ROC in RG.

As much as I love the PM pieces in theory, they really aren't me (at least right now). If I could get any one watch it would be the 126710 BLRO. That's the one I really want anyhow.

It would not be a Daytona because I'm a man ;-)
It would have to be for me the best-looking watch in the current lineup.

While I like Platinum in theory, it's too heavy to be wearable for me.
For me, the one current model I could have, is the 116519LN. Sporty, elegant, dial with lots of depth, and relatively stealthy for a PM Rolex. Which, I am going to pick up on Saturday. |
