Rolex Service Center in Ormond Beach Florida?

Hello,

Has anyone here had experience with the Rolex Service Center in Ormond Beach, Florida? I thought there are only two authorized RSC's in the States so I'm curious about these folks. I don't have any service needs at present but thought it would be great to have a local service center should the need arise.

The Rolex website does not show them as an authorized center (as far as I can see), but if you search 'Rolex service ormond beach' you will see several references including one that states a two year factory service warranty on Rolex and Tudor watches.

Am I missing something?

Thanks!

It's not authorized then.

I would consider rick dietel in Clearwater fl if it is a non current production model. If it is current production I'd send it to dallas.

I’m not familiar with any RSC in Florida. Independent with Rolex parts accounts, yes, but no RSC. I also believe there are three RSC’s in the US. NYC, Dallas and Beverly Hills.

it is not an authorized RSC to my knowledge, AP is the only one with a service center in FL (Clearwater)

I've used them for a crystal replacement. It was explained to me that they are an authorized service center with parts account etc. Trained by Rolex but not owned by Rolex. Service was excellent and I had no issues although my service was simple.

Ormond Beach is an independent, not corporate-owned, RSC. Still authorized by Rolex. There a couple of these around the country....San Francisco is another one, I believe. Here’s the info for Ormond:

ROLEX AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER
224 Vining Ct, Ormond Beach, FL 32176
Email this business
(386) 677-6355

We are the authorized Rolex Service Center servicing the Southeast United States and Puerto Rico since 1970. Rolex watches are serviced exclusively with a Rolex factory 2 year service warranty issued on applicable watches. This facility has state of the art equipment with factory trained technicians. Complete restorations are offered for most vintage Rolex watches. Less

I had my Rolex service by them a few weeks ago. Excellent service and my watch came out looking new. They were able to fix my date which wasn’t changing til 6 am. Took only 3 weeks. Came in a Rolex pouch and cloth.

There actually is another service center in PA, in Lititz. My AD uses them, and they did a phenomenal job on my DD40 bracelet recently.

I'm not sure if they accept direct work, though. It's a school first and foremost, so my understanding is they do overflow.

IIRC Rolex USA also channels older vintage models there also. The RSC direct intake points are Dallas and NYC for customers who mail their Rolex for service.

I just dropped off my watch for service at Kempfs Rolex AD in Indiatlantic. I would only trust AD as they ship to Rolex for service. They also have insurance coverage on the shipment

The service center in Ormond Beach is the only place I trust for servicing my modern and vintage Rolex watches. The quality of their work is outstanding and above any other service center I’ve ever used, and I’ve used several over the course of the last 30 years, including RSC New York, RSC Dallas indipendents like Rik Dietel, San Francisco and Rolliworks, just to name a few. I am very fastidious when it comes to my watches, and recommend them above all of these guys!

I’ve used Southeastern Services in Ormond Beach,Florida for 2 Rolex’s in the last 2 months a 2002 Lady Date and a 2006 Sub Date. I had complete service on both with new crystals and new bezel on my Sub this is a family owned business that was started in 1970 and now run by the husband and wife of the founder. Both my watches look absolutely like the days I purchased them new and I haven’t needed to adjust the time as they are now running perfect

San Francisco indie but licensed thru Rolex is no more. They are still in business, servicing Rolex as well as other brands. Still owned by Giovanni who bought it from original owner.
