Help Needed on 16610LV
What do you guys think of this one?
http://cgi.ebay.com/Rolex-Submariner...3A1%7C294%3A50 Two things I noticed: -Calls it "M" serial, when it does not appear to be one ( no rolexrolex on rehaut) -The pearl looks a little questionable especially in the first picture. Also, there is no 16610 on the green sticker...is this normal? What do you guys think? |

Looks suspect to me as well Matt but I am far from an expert. I do live within driving distance of their location and have sent an email asking if I could inspect the watch. I will let everyone know if they respond.

As the seller claims, the watch was purchased around two years ago - still being an M series.
IMO - I do not think Rolex had completely integrated the Rehaut into this series, thus you can see these models without the engraving, as well as with the previous green decals... LOOKS OK! I will let the experts chime in... |

I think it looks fine, but if there is ANY doubt, why risk it? There are plenty of second-hand LVs on the market these days, it's not that tough of a watch to get your hands on.
And personally, I would pay a little more to have the box, certs & tags included...you might not think you'll need it today, but I guarantee sometime down the line you'll be happy you bought one that included everything. Good luck. |

Oh, I wasn't going to buy it. I was just looking out for my fellow rolex lover.
...altho I am in the market for an LV if anyone can point me in the direction of a good deal :) |

Keep an eye out on the For Sale section. Also, you can post a WTB for the specific model you are looking for...

Looks real. No one purchased it. It would have went for $4,100 which is an excellent price. It will be re-listed.
