Best place to get used or new rolex in NYC?

Trying to buy some rolex watches for my family. Ive done some research and see that people are recommending websites like tourneau or bobs watches, or just visiting 47th st. Are there any other watch stores in nyc (doesnt have to be in manhattan. Queens is even better tbh) that sell legit watches for good prices or even 'cheaper'?

I’d skip trying to find anything in NYC and just reach out to rolex forums trusted seller Takuya. There are several other fantastic sellers but Takuya is my go to!

Takuya is great. Brad (Berkjewel) is in the NE and he is a good source as well.

I don’t want to totally discourage you, after all hunting is part of the fun, but that said finding great examples at decent pricing from reliable sellers will likely be a lot more difficult going from store front to store front.

I know it’s hard to beat walking out of a brick and mortar with a new toy but at the end of the day you need to buy the seller. I have 100% trust in Takuya as many others do as well. Again there are many others to look at as well. Find the watch you like, ask him as many questions as you’d like, pay and have the watch the next day on the wrist!

tourneau and diamond district are insanely overpriced. diamond district is only good for eye candy since they have every model you'd ever wanna see

The recently opened 'Watches of Switzerland' in Soho (60 Greene St) got a nice write-up and some good reviews by fellow TRF'ers. It's a split-level, 8000 square foot space featuring multiple brands. The sales staff was mentioned as being excellent. Would be worth a look if you're in the area. -Rick.
