I contacted Thanh Do about a watch he listed. He told me he was sorry but he had just sold it. He then asked me to give him a little time and he would find me another similar piece.
Well, a little time was 5 minutes ! He went the extra mile and found me a newer watch at an even better price. Great customer service - He truly cares.
