lug to lug dimensions 15202/15450

are they very similar or the 15450 is more tapered?
been trying to get a 15450BA with no joy and is now seriously considering getting the 15202BA instead. since ive never been able to seen one in any ADs to try out the size or even the boutique.

the 15450 is the perfect fit for me, lug to lug wise it tapers really nicely and doenst have any overhang, impeccable fit.

is the 15202 similar or actually noticeably longer? ive scrutinized over photos after photos of the 15202 and thinks its actually might be longer but cant be certain.

ive worn the previous model of the Royal Oak Dual time (in blue) and it doesnt taper or sit flat on my wrist as the 15450 does. seeing how they are both 39, am i wrong to assume the 15202 will most likely overhang as well?

any recommendation/comment is greatly appreciated.

If the 15450 fits you perfectly and you’re not buying at retail through the boutique, why not just save $ and go with the 15450?

i would like to buy retail at ADs or Boutiques but there isnt any thats available. the yellow gold is no longer produced, i had the boutiques reach out to others and got none that could be sourced as a response.

the blue 15450ST is still available but have to wait for three years (WTF waiting list for a steel 15450ST that used to be ignored and neglected over the larger 15400ST, at least here in Taiwan thats been the case).

when i purchased the very first 15450 in white then the ruthenium i was offered a generous discount (AD) since nobody wanted them.

have the money saved up to purchase the 15450BA and nows the issue of availability.
the more i look into chrono24 the less comfortable i feel from buying off grey dealers.

so now considering the 15202BA and is asking about owners of those models about the lug width

why can't you try a 15202 in gold? Not sure about TW, but In SG you'd find them pretty much in every AD/boutique.

You won’t see any steel ones in SG either, but they’ve had a 15202 in gold in both AP boutiques in Singapore every time I’ve visited them over past two years, as recently as a month ago at Marina Bay Sands when I went in to adjust my bracelet.
