Current Collection (My First Post)

Hello fellow Enthusiasts, I have been reading daily for years on rolexforums but never shared my love until now. Like opening a pandora box, I get this rushing feelings whether talking, looking or NOW posting about watches. Reasons aside, here are my current collections I’ve landed for now, and I want to share you all what watches I shared time with, because I have parted away with more pieces than I currently own, some I would of loved to kept but didn’t. And couple of my wife’s watches I’ve gifted that are my favorites.

Current collection on picture

Originally white 15300st H series, dail and date disc swapped by AP services to blue. I think APSC accidentally swapped the date disc to 15400 model blue disc.

First Royal Oak Ladies 8638 Automatic. Almost perfect condition! Believe or not my first AP purchase at an internet auction, cheaper than quartz pieces sold today.

First batch, first edition White(Silver) dail Lange 1815 Chronograph. Gorgeous blue hands. My grail watch since 2013, finally in my hand for just a month now.

My wife’s Vacheron Constantin 222 quartz, which never recieved any wrist time and went out of battery. To her its just another outdated steel watch...

My wife most always wears Rolex DD combi diamond set dial jubilee as her daily. Says that DD gets compliments from ladies, and RO gets compliments from old guys.

Reason why I share her collection is because those are my gifts and horological geekness presenting on her wrist. Maybe if she stops calling my geeky timepieces old mans watch, she will get another oldschool Patek 3900 in full gold when place and timing is right.

Back to Me... Well, watches I’ve acquired on chronological order.

IWC Aquatimer inner rotating bezel, my first Real watch 2007-2009

and the next generation IWC Aquatimer 44mm 2009-2012

Also another IWC Big Ingeniur chronograph 45.5mm 2012-2013

Cartier Santos 100 black dlc Chronograph 2012-2014

Royal Oak 15300 white dial 2013-

Rolex GMT BLNR 2014-2019

Royal Oak 25860 white dial on rubber strap. Most wrist time I had with while I had BLNR and white dial 15300. 2014-2019

Sinn EZM 3H 2014-2016

Month old Lange 1815 Chronograph 2019 just happened to be up on sale at my city few days before my birthday. As it is already hard to come by, I couldn’t resist. Had my cash, but ultimately traded with BLNR and ROC.

Well, what do you think? I hope I’m climbing up my horological ladder very slowly, learning new things as I depart and acquire renewed collection.

Since my collection is down to two, which feels very refreshing and somewhat completed... There’s devil within me saying the opposite.

Have anyone had the same experience? Down to two watches and now hunting for third watch to, complete the complete?

Did you want, different dial color combinations? Different metals? Sportier? Rubber strap? Water resistance? Different complications? Patek? Rolex?Independents? Classics? Gentas? Appreciations?

Or chill pill.

Watches I get my heart beating are, Rolex Daytona 116518, Panerai 740, Patek 5712, 5070r, VC222, Vianney Halter Antiqua, Lange Datograph aka Dufourgraph,
Original Lange1 1994.

Usually, I write this much and I stop myself from posting them. Well not this time...

Thanks in advance for time reading. Hope you all to have a good day

Very nice set and welcome! I'm actually looking at a Dufourgraph myself at the moment, not sure I like it over the Platograph. Your priority should be that 5712 for the TRF holy trinity.
