Nato straps strictly for sports models?
A recent issue of US GQ (Jan 2009) showed a vintage rolex (appears to be a dress watch) with a nato/nylon strap.
So what does everyone think? Is this a good look? Or should nato/ nylon straps be restricted to sports model? |

Personally I don't think they would look that great on anything but a Sport model watch.
Anyone have a photo of one on say... a Datejust??

In my opinion.. nato or zulu straps are for sports models only, I don't think they will look good on a dress watch, just my

Very sharp on a Explorer or an Air King. I think it would depend on the dial also I think a member here has one on a Nato

IMHO, i think it only works on sports model. Honestly, I can't imagine pairing it up with a DJ or a DD.

Jake I am all for the Nato but that is just horrid...
What a shame to do that to such a watch.
