Looking for OEM Super Jubilee Bracelet for my Ceramic No date Submariner

HI TRF gang---I have a Submariner no date ceramic & really want to change out the bracelet as I like the Jubilee bracelet. Short of buying a datejust I most likely will not wear, where would you recommend I source a new 36in 20mm Super Jubilee bracelet for my Sub C?

thank you-

David Williams sells the Super Jubilee. It's on the GMT Master page, so I assume the end-links are 20mm. This bracelet has a hidden clasp, i.e. no Glide Lock Clasp like your original SubC bracelet has.

That's close to double the AD price. Yikes. What a world we live in with premiums on bracelets.

ADs may order one for you if you have a serial number for a watch with which the 63600 bracelet originally came with.

Which means he can’t get one from an AD for the Sub. Hence, if you want to play you gotta pay the Gray

Like someone mentioned if you have the SN to a watch that it came on an AD can order for you.

I would try maybe asking here if anyone has this model and would possibly ask their AD or order one and then sell it to you.

I actually would consider doing this for a member here. Would probably ask for 5-10% for my time and have them put a deposit down before I ordered it.

Anyone want a sub glide lock bracelet lol!!! I will start my own gray business.

AFAIK no AD will take a phone order from an unknown caller for a new Bracelet. The protocol is to have the watch presented, then verified for compatibility (in other words that the watch could have originally come with a Super Jubilee). After that, the order goes in. Upon fulfillment by Rolex, the AD installs it on the watch and retains the trades-in bracelet.

If you bring the watch into the AD on a NATO or strap, they will quote you a higher price for the bracelet. And some might decline doing the order; instead, saying they could send it into the RSC for you.

And the price from Rolex is pretty high for customers sending a bare head to the RSC.

Wrong on both counts.

Can you elaborate?

Maybe where you are, AD’s sell bracelets over the phone?

No, but if you walk into an AD without a steel bracelet, you don't get charged any more for a new one. Nor do they confiscate your original.

Count Me In

I too would very much like to add a jubilee bracelet to my GMT Master II. Has anyone approached an AD and successfully ordered and received a jubilee for their matching watch? Welcome comments.

This was my experience too.

At least in Canada, you order the same part from an AD and RSC, it is the exact same price. RSC will confiscate the original, while 2 ADs I have ordered bracelets from have not required an exchange.

I have ordered a SJ 63200 (which I recently sold) and a 63600 from an AD. If you have a good relationship with an AD and a serial number for a watch (116200/116234) that originally came with a SJ bracelet, they might help you order one.

However, I have heard that Rolex is becoming a bit more tight on the SJ bracelet since there has been an uptick in orders for the bracelet (since the BLNR update).
