Heritage Black Bay Automatic Black Dial
Good Day Gents,
Looking to purchase a Tudor Heritage Black Bay with the steel bracelet and red bezel, I have found this particular piece several places and am confused on some numbers. One particular site offers two of them new never worn with factory warranty intact, I assume Grey Dealer as I was advised that warranty card would be dated when purchased and I would have the remainder of the warranty Anyway the two listed have these two different sets of numbers Heritage Black Bay Automatic Black Dial Men's Watch 79230R-0003 and 79230R-004 and the difference is cost is a few hundred dollars, I asked the seller what makes the difference in cost and the rep advised the 03 is most likely an older version so is that a bad thing as it’s a pretty large savings |

This should be in the Rolex (and Rolex Brand) Watches Forum, where the members reading that forum should have the expertise to answer the question.

I have looked and looked and all I can find out about the 0003 over the 0004 is it’s an earlier model but it does have the new in-house movement. |
