I have to admit I saw the ad and thought the same thing. Maybe a friendly message to the seller who perhaps doesn't understand the terminology would do the trick?

Hi I have been contacted by a Moderate
I apologize for misleading the exact condition I do always use excessive light in order show all the scratches even ones not seen by normal light and I am always doing my best to be as through and detailed as possible when it comes to explaining the condition. This Thread as resulted in my account being banned and I have no access Private Messaging the Mods. Many Thanks to OP. |

Ok, just to clear this up. Member had previous warning about use of the word 'mint', with multiple other members reporting his listings, and now a thread on the subject. Posting privileges have been suspended for a month, and similarly misleading listings in future, or any attempts like the one above to return under another name will result in a full ban.

This watchfam douchebag was banned on canwatchco ages ago. How he continued to sell on here for so long before it caught up to him amazes me.

He can blame me all he wants, it was blatantly unethical to call that watch "near mint".

You did the right thing to question the listing. It was not mint.
Adam offered a well-reasoned explanation that shows repeated “mint” references were misleading. If Watchfamm returns, hopefully he can simply adhere to generally acceptable norms. Otherwise buyers need to be very watchful in their dealings. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
