gMTIIc accuracy

so far, since getting my watch brand new 1-29-09 im 5 seconds behind the good ol atomic clock...

daily wear 8-10 hours

5 seconds loss in 14 days is not too shabby! it was about 2-3 seconds fast for the first day... perhaps it will settle in even closer to perfect, but I believe on the newer watches it only takes a couple days to break them in

color me happy!

Consider yourself colored! (Me wonders what color "happy" is?)

It needs to be "run-in" and this takes more than a couple of days. If it was so, i.e. the early wear of gears, it would be fully worn out in a month or so !!

It will also be affected by temperature, hours of wearing , etc, so do not run after the seconds. Just enjoy the looks and the ownership

Todd - that is awesome However, what is of more concern is that you are only wearing it 8-10 hours a day - shouldn't you be wearing it 24/7
