What Rolex is this?

A friend of mine bought this in NY some years ago.
Seems like aftermarket dial.
Any thoughts on this?

Looks like a Bubbleback movement as the ratchet wheel has the connecting spring for the “Perpetual” rotor! Dial is certainly a reprint.
